We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. The role involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams to deliver both surgical and non-surgical treatments for work-related injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and communication with employers. Qualifications include licensure, board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery, experience with work injuries preferred, and malpractice insurance. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
