Speech Language Pathologist

As an SLP, you’ll help design and build a new program, primarily working with children on the autism spectrum, but also serving adults and the community.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct assessments of speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and families
  • Document progress and adjust strategies
  • Stay current with industry research and techniques

  • **Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid licensure and ASHA certification
  • Experience with pediatric populations and assessments
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Familiarity with early intervention and patient care

  • **Details:**
    Full-time or part-time roles with salary ranging from $54,060 to $87,918, including benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling, Monday to Friday.
