Surgical Services Nurse Manager – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations in a single-room ambulatory surgery center. This full-time role combines administrative leadership with active clinical involvement, ensuring exceptional patient care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff; participate in recruitment and training.

Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to optimize operations.

Ensure adherence to policies, AAAHC standards, and regulatory requirements.

Promote a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications: Active RN license in Alaska, BSN required (Master’s preferred), 5+ years of clinical nursing, 2-3 years leadership experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in EMR and MS Office.
