Seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist in St. Paul, MN to provide individual, group, and family therapy, primarily focused on sexual offense and problematic behaviors.
Must have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, with independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW).
Experience with sexual abuse dynamics, sexuality, and criminal justice system knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities include assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, therapy sessions, progress reviews, court reports, and community consultations.
Requires strong therapy skills, communication, organization, and professionalism.
Position involves some travel, flexible hours, and one scheduled late evening per week.
