Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves travel to patients’ homes using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Requirements:
– Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANP, AGNP, FNP, ENP, or ACNP)
– Masters Degree from an accredited NP program
– Minimum one year of wound care and NP experience
– Preferred certifications (WCC, CWON, CWS)
– Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and travel as needed
