The Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S) provides high-quality clinical services and supervises behavioral health staff in a clinical setting.

  • Deliver assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, or groups.
  • Develop and review treatment plans aligned with client needs and standards.
  • Supervise clinical staff, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor client progress, adjust treatments, and support crisis interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Participate in quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement.

  • Qualifications include an MSW, active LISW-S license, 3–5 years of experience, and supervisory skills. Preferred experience in diverse settings and evidence-based modalities. Core skills include clinical judgment, leadership, ethical integrity, and effective communication.

    This full-time role involves direct client care, supervision, and administrative duties, with compensation between $25-$40/hour. It plays a critical role in maintaining clinical quality, compliance, and positive treatment outcomes.
