We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team providing Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) services to 80 clients. This full-time or part-time role offers a competitive salary of $250K annually or $120/hour. The psychiatrist will share clinical responsibilities, including
medical supervision and staff training,
psychopharmacological treatment,
supportive therapy,
crisis evaluations, and
community outreach in clients’ homes and settings. Candidates must be
M.D., board certified or eligible in psychiatry, licensed in Massachusetts, with experience working with serious mental illness.
