We are seeking a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician* to join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY.
Join an experienced team of four providers with comprehensive rehabilitation programs and therapies. Provide leadership for the CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit and Outpatient Clinic. Work with admission screeners to identify suitable patients via referral or consults. Manage a caseload of approximately 10 inpatients and develop individualized, patient-centered care plans. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aligned with CARF standards. Outpatient clinic opportunities available; influence the department’s future vision. Schedule: Full-time, M-F, with call as needed, flexible hours, and various shifts. Qualifications include MD or DO, BC/BE in PM&R. Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K annually, with benefits like sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, PTO, CME, health and retirement plans, malpractice insurance, and loan repayment options.
