The role involves collaborating with families to develop individualized plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, and supporting family advocacy. Responsibilities include assessments, creating and implementing IFSP goals, providing direct therapy, and acting as a service coordinator.
Requirements include MA licensure, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, knowledge of early childhood development, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
