Join our team as a Clinician I in Bath, NY, with a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus and a competitive salary range of $62,500 – $80,000 based on experience.
This full-time, in-person role (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with evenings as needed) involves
- Assessing and delivering quality mental health care to youth (ages 12-18) in residential care
- Developing and modifying individualized service plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, youth, and families
- Providing individual and group therapy, including trauma-focused interventions (experience preferred)
- Offering clinical consultation and training to staff as appropriate
- Communicating effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, licensure eligibility or limited permit, valid driver’s license, and knowledge of mental health services and advocacy.
