We are seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care, typically for a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, complementing your practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries, including surgical and non-surgical treatments, and active case management.
Qualifications:
• Experience with work-related injuries
• State licensure
• MD or DO graduate from accredited program
• Unrestricted DEA license
• Board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery
• Medical malpractice insurance
