Speech Language Pathologist (Home Health) (Part time/PRN)

Part-time/PRN licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.


Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure continuity of care, and documenting patient progress in the health information system.


Work with patients experiencing cognitive-communication and swallowing issues due to conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, illness, surgery, injury, or dementia.


Requirements:

  • Current SLP licensure
  • Driver’s license
  • Ability to relocate to State College, PA before starting
