Unit Manager (RN)

Seeking a compassionate RN with at least 2 years of long-term care experience and 1 year of management to serve as a Unit Manager.

In this role, you will

  • oversee nursing services, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance,
  • lead staffing and professional development,
  • coordinate resident assessments, and address grievances.


  • Requirements include an active RN license, current CPR certification, and a nursing degree from an accredited institution. Prior management and long-term care experience are preferred.
