The Psychiatrist role involves joining a dedicated interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care to 80 clients within a Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT).
They will share clinical responsibilities with the Team Leader, including developing treatment plans, supervising staff, providing psychopharmacological treatment, supportive therapy, crisis evaluations, and family consultations. Outreach services are delivered in clients’ homes and community settings.
Candidates should be MDs, board-certified or eligible in psychiatry, licensed in Massachusetts, with experience in serious mental illness and familiarity with the PACT model preferred.
