Unit Manager (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate RN with at least 2 years of long-term care experience and 1 year of management to serve as a Unit Manager.

Oversee nursing services, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

Lead staffing, professional development, and resident assessments.

Coordinate resident care, address grievances, and support staff.

Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, and a nursing degree from an accredited institution. Prior long-term care experience is preferred.
