We are seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly. The role involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers on orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will communicate with employers and participate in case management.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling and delivering both surgical and non-surgical services. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications:
• Experience with work-related injuries preferred
• State licensure and unrestricted DEA license
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery
• Malpractice insurance coverage
