Family Practice Physician – Live Well Homecare

Seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established multi-specialty practice in Schertz, TX, near San Antonio.

Provide primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive services, and patient education, adhering to current standards of care.

Utilize managed care processes for cost-effective use of labs, imaging, and specialist referrals.

Complete timely medical documentation in EMR systems.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support a patient-centered, innovative healthcare approach.

Qualifications include MD or DO, with preferred experience in Family Medicine, internal medicine, and familiarity with managed care. Bilingual proficiency is highly desired.

Position offers full-time employment with a salary of $220,000-$240,000 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. The role involves in-person work with an 8-hour shift schedule.
