Internship Supervisor (OMCP) – California Men’s Colony, (CMC) – San Luis Obispo, CA

The OMCP Internship Supervisor supports daily operations, supervises incarcerated participants during their substance use disorder training and practicum, and tracks program hours.

Reports to the Program Director and works on-site approximately 40 hours weekly.

Oversees program activities, monitors participant progress, and provides clinical supervision.

Assists with credential applications, renewals, and documentation to ensure certification compliance.

Collaborates with statewide staff and ensures accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Qualifications include certification as an AOD Counselor with at least five years of experience, proficiency in communication and organization, and the ability to pass background checks.
