Seeking a full-time Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist in Greenville, NC, with potential for partnership and a signing bonus.
Provide anesthesia for a wide range of cardiac surgeries, excluding transplants, including CABG, valves, TAVRs, LVADs, and ECMO.
Supervise and collaborate with anesthesia staff, including CRNAs and assistants.
Perform patient evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and monitor intra- and post-operative care.
Conduct procedures such as venous/arterial punctures, airway management, and patient assessments.
Ensure patient safety, manage adverse reactions, and maintain detailed records.
Mentor residents and fellows; work Monday-Friday with call responsibilities (average 1 day/week and 1 weekend/month).
Requirements include an MD/DO, board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology, cardiothoracic fellowship pursuit, NC license, and 3+ years of high-acuity experience.
