We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role. The position involves treating patients on-site for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, supporting medically complex cases, and aiding in return-to-work and functional restoration efforts.
Responsibilities include providing both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care, collaborating with medical and therapy teams, and engaging in case management with employers. The role offers flexible scheduling to complement your practice, with compensation based on a revenue share model.
