Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing staff in the absence of the Director of Nursing
• Review staffing at shift changes to meet resident care needs
• Conduct patient care rounds to ensure quality care
• Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently
Qualifications:
• Valid RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience
• CPR certification
• Long-term care or nursing home experience
• Supervisory experience
