RN Weekend Supervisor – Live Well Homecare

Seeking a reliable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to lead nursing staff and oversee weekend operations in a skilled nursing facility.

Provide clinical supervision to LPNs and CNAs

Ensure high-quality, compliant resident care during weekends

Act as the clinical decision-maker and coordinate with providers

Monitor resident conditions, manage medication, and ensure documentation accuracy

Address staffing, operational issues, and incident follow-up

Promote teamwork and professionalism

Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience. Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
