Evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families and interdisciplinary team members, and documents services accurately.
Develops effective treatment strategies, obtains physician approvals, and monitors patient progress.
Supervises clinical staff and ensures compliance with regulatory documentation standards.
Contributes to team meetings, integrates interdisciplinary findings, and educates staff and families.
Maintains current clinical knowledge through ongoing education and professional development.
Promotes a positive facility culture, demonstrates safety practices, and upholds professional standards.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, California license, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and CPR certification if required.
