Staff Psychiatrist

We are seeking a compassionate *Staff Psychiatrist* to provide high-quality mental health services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat clients with mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders through psychiatric assessments and medication management.

Document all services in compliance with medical standards and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and review documentation.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide supervision to medical staff when needed.

Maintain compliance with policies, participate in on-call coverage, and perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications include**
• Licensed MD or DO in Arkansas, with psychiatry preferred
• Strong communication skills, confidentiality adherence, and willingness to travel
• Proficiency with electronic health records is a plus.
