Delivers clinical care, leads therapy groups, and develops treatment plans aligned with licensing standards.

Coordinates care, ensures documentation accuracy, and promotes recovery-oriented practices.

Serves as a clinical resource, participates in supervision, and maintains ongoing professional development.

Handles on-call duties, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and maintains confidentiality with professionalism.

Requirements include a master’s-level license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Psy.D.), active Maine licensure, and experience or credentialing in addiction treatment.

Skills needed are strong clinical judgment, communication, interpersonal skills, organization, and proficiency with electronic systems.

Work environment involves residential treatment for individuals with co-occurring disorders, with on-call responsibilities.
