We seek a Psychiatrist in Bowling Green, KY to provide on-site mental health care at a VA Community Outpatient Clinic.
Diagnose and treat mental and behavioral health conditions, including counseling and medication education.
Supervise mental health team members and collaborate with primary care providers to develop comprehensive care plans.
Perform assessments, order tests, interpret results, and follow up with patients.
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy, and support social development and community integration.
Maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and participate in outreach and patient retention efforts.
Qualifications include MD/Osteopathic degree, board certification in Psychiatry, valid license, DEA registration, and EMR proficiency.
