RN Weekend Supervisor – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).

Offer oversight and supervision of nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs.

Ensure safe, high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.

Act as the clinical decision-maker and main contact on weekends.

Monitor resident conditions, support medication management, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Address staffing needs and operational issues in real-time.

Participate in incident follow-up and promote teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications include a current RN license in New Mexico, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience. Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills are essential.

We offer competitive weekend pay, a stable schedule, and a supportive environment. This part-time role involves approximately 24 hours per week, paying $35-$45/hour, based in person.
