The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting.
Conducts assessments, treatment planning, and delivers high-quality clinical care for an assigned caseload.
Leads therapy groups weekly, utilizing experiential and evidence-based methods to foster engagement.
Develops personalized treatment and aftercare plans, coordinating services to meet residents’ and families’ needs.
Ensures accurate documentation and compliance, promoting recovery-oriented, least-restrictive interventions.
Serves as a clinical resource, participates in supervision, and supports team development.
Maintains confidentiality, professionalism, and embodies core values of integrity, compassion, and respect.
Requires a master’s-level license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.D.) with addiction treatment experience or credentials, licensed in Maine.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and team skills are essential.
