Speech Language Pathologist

**Responsibilities:**

Conduct assessments of speech and language abilities

Create and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing

Collaborate with healthcare teams and families

Track progress and adjust strategies

Stay current on SLP research and techniques

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid state licensure and ASHA certification

Experience with pediatric populations and early intervention

Proficiency in assessment and therapy techniques

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

**Details:**
